Over 20 years ago, the Holy Spirit led me to a chapter in the Bible that was totally unfamiliar to me. At the time, I did not realize that over the next 20 years I would literally become a walking, talking, and breathing Isaiah 54. The word of God says in John 1:14, "and the word was made flesh and dwelt among us." Well that is exactly what happened to me. That word has become so tangible in my life over the years.

Isaiah 54:1 says, "Sing, O'Barren one, you who did not bear, break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child! For the spiritual children of the desolate one will be more than the children of a married wife, says the Lord."

What that meant was that I would have more spiritual children than natural children. As you all know Pastor and I have two natural children, Renale and Kitt. Never in a million tears did I realize when the Holy Spirit led me to this scripture that I would be blessed with the stewardship of so many wonderful spiritual children that I would love so dearly.

As our spiritual family grows let us all be mindful to love the Lord our God with all our hearts, embrace the heart of our shepherd (our spiritual father), run with the vision of the house and take ownership of our theme for the year 2003 "The Year of Manifestation".
